The West Vienna Church began meeting in the West Vienna School House. It was decided in a meeting at the school house to build the West Vienna Church. The dedication was held on October 12, 1882. The West Vienna Church was built in 1882, two years after the West Vienna Cemetery Association was organized. Now, the township of Vienna has taken over the cemetery and is taking great care of it! In 1978, the West Vienna United Methodist Church was rebuilt in Clio and worship is held on Sundays.
